Alright, updates...
POLY: got a nice new digit camou bagpack and a pair of grey hi-tec shoes for poly. So far, the poly prep course has been good except for the long breaks which i guess I'll just have to get used to. Rong king plans to join my course! if he does we'll probably go swimming or use the gym during those breaks. Oh and there are only 22 DPA students, amazing, i(and the rest of us) were expecting much more. Got along quite well, got alot of extroverts and jokers like GArY, lol. Unfortunately I'm gonna skip tomorrows afternoon lessons to go for my NCC SAR21 trainfire(hey i only need to achieve 85% attendance so that's ok right? I DO have to learn how to operate the SAR21 if i'm gonna participate in future events anyway so i gotta learn now), which leads me to...
NCC: Rushed down to HIHS after school today, had a decent talk with Mr Tan and things look good, he is willing to change the trainings to fridays from march and then 3 months after that. Can't do a permanent change this year because Mr Sim has some course every friday this year. I'll be able to rush down every friday to school by then. He said he'll change it to friday permanently next year, I'm counting on that for my one hours dose of NCC a week, lol. I really have to say that I greatly appreciate Mr Tan's understanding and co-operation. It REALLY helps that we have a commanding officer that actually cares. I've got SO many things to teach them, unarmed combat, bayonet fighting, FIBUA, tactical movement......oh yea, I'm still waiting for the hierarchy list. darn it clement teo it's a simple thing!
Friends: Gonna have a lunch with one of my ITE lecturer and my ex classmates, kinda miss they're senseless joking and slaying them on cs/bf2. LOL. hope the whole gang can come the following saturday. other than that i had a honest talk with another friend. I do hope that it won't cause us to feel weird for too long. I'd rather be downright honest than keeping everything to myself. I mean, if you wanna be good friends you gotta let the other party know how you feel right? i believe understanding where your friend stands is important, but just for now, I myself is a little confused
Little food for thought: Emotions are like fire starters in a barbecue pit. They get the fire started easily, but they alone are not enough to cook the food. charcoal has to be added in appropriate amounts and in right ways. there's alot of commitment to achieve your goals.
